1. Purpose and Scope
These Advertising Rules govern the terms and conditions applicable to advertising content, advertising campaigns, and other promotional materials submitted, ordered, or used through the website https://ad.media for the purpose of planning, booking, purchasing, or carrying out advertising campaigns on advertising media and advertising spaces offered by Admedia Network DOO BEOGRAD directly or through its network of business partners.
These Advertising Rules apply to all advertisers, agencies, clients, business partners, and other persons who submit, request, reserve, or otherwise participate in the planning, purchase, booking, or execution of advertising campaigns through our services or our network of business partners.
This Advertising Policy forms part of the legal documentation available on our website and should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and other applicable legal documents.
2. Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness and compliance of all advertising content, materials, claims, visuals, text, trademarks, logos, slogans, links and other elements submitted for advertising.
By submitting advertising materials, the advertiser confirms that it has all rights, licences, consents, approvals and authorizations necessary for the use, publication, display, distribution and promotion of such materials.
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the advertising content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, advertising rules and local requirements of each country, region, city or location where the advertisement is intended to be displayed.
We do not provide legal advice regarding the permissibility of specific advertising content in any jurisdiction. The advertiser is responsible for obtaining independent legal advice where necessary.
3. Compliance with Applicable Laws
All advertisements must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the advertisement is displayed, as well as with any other legal requirements applicable to the specific advertisement based on the nature of the advertised product, service, or target audience.
The advertiser must ensure compliance with all applicable rules relating to advertising, consumer protection, unfair commercial practices, intellectual property, data protection, public order, morality, competition, media, electronic communications and sector-specific regulations.
Where local laws require permits, approvals, disclaimers, warnings, age restrictions, language requirements, health warnings, financial risk warnings or other mandatory notices, the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that such requirements are met.
4. Accuracy and Transparency
Advertising content must be truthful, clear, accurate and not misleading.
Advertisements must not contain false, deceptive, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims regarding products, services, prices, discounts, availability, performance, origin, quality, legal status, approvals, endorsements or expected results.
Where an advertisement includes comparisons, testimonials, endorsements, guarantees, statistics, awards or certifications, the advertiser must ensure that such claims are accurate, verifiable and permitted under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Advertising materials must not infringe any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, patents, trade names, domain names, database rights, moral rights or other proprietary rights of third parties.
The advertiser confirms that it has obtained all necessary rights, licences, permissions and consents for the use of any images, photographs, videos, music, fonts, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, voices, slogans or other protected elements included in the advertising materials.
We may request evidence of such rights, licences or approvals at any time.
6. Personal Data and Privacy
Advertising materials must not unlawfully contain or disclose personal data.
Where advertising materials include personal data, including images, names, voices, testimonials or other information relating to identifiable individuals, the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that such personal data has been collected, used and submitted lawfully and that all necessary consents, notices or other legal bases have been secured.
Advertising content must not disclose sensitive personal data or exploit personal data in a manner that violates applicable data protection laws or privacy rights.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or damages arising from rejection, suspension, cancellation, removal or modification of advertisements where such action is taken in accordance with this Advertising Policy, applicable law or requirements of media owners, authorities or partners.
12. Complaints and Third-Party Claims
If we receive a complaint, notice, request, claim or objection from a third party, authority, media owner or partner regarding an advertisement, we may suspend, remove or request modification of the relevant advertisement while the matter is reviewed.
The advertiser must promptly cooperate with us, provide all requested information and documentation and take all necessary steps to resolve the issue.
The advertiser remains fully responsible for all claims, complaints, penalties, costs, damages or losses arising from or relating to the advertising content or campaign.
13. Indemnification
The advertiser shall indemnify and hold harmless Admedia Network DOO BEOGRAD, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, media owners and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
