Outdoor advertising in Krasnoyarsk

A month starts at RUB 15,400, and a typical catalogue address runs around RUB 129,000. The price sits on the card next to the photo and the address, and an estimate for a whole address list is built from the dates and the volume.

Behind a municipal site sits a contract of either five or ten years: the city sells the rights at auction and calculates the fee under a method adopted by the City Council of Deputies (decision No. 7-119 of 25 September 2009). A structure owner here is therefore pricing a long horizon rather than a single month.

Where a structure may stand is not the advertiser's choice: the points are fixed by a placement scheme whose excerpts the auction papers reproduce at a scale of 1:1000, and the approach itself comes from a concept programme of the City Council of Deputies (decision No. 12-227 of 14 December 2010).

Rights to municipal sites have been sold at auction on the Sberbank-AST platform since 2021, under contracts of either five or ten years. An advertiser needs no permit of their own: the structure owner holds it, and you are buying time on a face that already stands.

The city runs buses, including gas-powered ones, trolleybuses, trams and electric buses: the administration counts 66 routes and an average of 826 vehicles on the road each day. There are 1,052 streets in the city and 96 bridge structures.

Krasnoyarsk has no working metro. A high-speed light rail line — the "скоростной метротрамвай" of the official documents — is under construction: as of 4 August 2026 the regional transport ministry reported the first stage 33 per cent complete against a design length of 11.04 km. No official source names an opening date, so no underground surface can be planned for.

Krasnoyarsk turns 400 in 2028, and the anniversary improvement programme names the streets outright, so closures are visible in advance:

• 2025 — Karatanova, 9 Yanvarya, Perensona, Dzerzhinskogo;
• 2026 — Kirova, Diktatury Proletariata, Kopylova, Mikhaila Godenko and a stretch of Krasnoyarsky Rabochy Avenue;
• bridges — the Oktyabrsky and the Korkinsky, known locally as the "777"; the Vinogradovsky and Arfa footbridges by Ploshchad Mira are being restored for the anniversary.

Separately, Sverdlovskaya street is being widened and a relief road for the Yeniseisky trakt is under construction in Solnechny.
