We count sides, not structures: one billboard often carries two or more. We'll check your dates against your list before quoting.

Other channels

More than the street: malls, metro, and radio

outdoor is the core: 211,946 billboards and screens in 1,076 cities. A campaign can go wider — add the other channels to the same request, and it is still one contract.

Cities

Cities with billboards and screens

The widest choice is in the largest cities, but there are boards in regional capitals and small towns too.

Prices

What outdoor advertising costs and what drives the price

There is no single national rate card: a billboard on an arterial road and a billboard on a regional bypass are priced differently. Rate-card prices sit in the city catalog, and a manager puts the final quote together in RUB.

Format and size

A 5×15 supersite costs several times more than a 3×6 billboard, even on the same highway.

Location and traffic

An arterial road or a city entrance costs more than a board inside a residential block.

Digital screen or printed board

A screen is sold as impressions in a loop; a printed board holds the site for the whole term.

Season

Spring and the pre-New-Year weeks cost more: there is almost no discounting in those windows.

Term and volume

The discount is worked out in the quote

The longer the campaign and the more addresses in the request, the lower the price per space.

How it works

How to rent a billboard: four steps

Four steps from choosing addresses to launch. We'll confirm free dates and terms before anything is signed.

  1. Choosing sites

A city, a format, a district or specific addresses on the map. What you tick goes into a list.

  2. Request

Send us the list and your campaign dates. A manager replies during business hours and clarifies the brief.

  3. Quote and hold

We check availability with the board owners and price the quote. If an address is taken, we'll try to negotiate the current advertiser's move off it, and if that doesn't work, find you an equivalent board nearby.

  4. Artwork and launch

We'll tell you the artwork specs, print, and install. After launch we send a placement report.

Questions

Common questions about advertising in Russia

The spread is wide: a 3×6 board by a Moscow metro entrance and the same board in a regional capital are not comparable, and the gap between cities is usually larger than the gap between two addresses in one city. The rate-card price per month sits on the surface card; term, volume and season move it from there. Send the addresses and dates and we will come back with a quote.

Rules

What can stand between you and the address you want

3 reasons a board can turn out to be unavailable or the artwork can fail approval.

A board cannot go up just anywhere

An advertising structure stands on a permit from the local administration, and sites on municipal land are allocated through placement schemes and public tenders. So whether an address is free depends not only on the calendar, but on how long its owner's contract still runs.

Not every category is allowed outdoors

Tobacco and nicotine products cannot be advertised at all. Alcohol is barred from advertising structures: since July 2026 the only exception is wine regions along roads inside their own region. Medicines and medical services need a warning line covering at least 5% of the board. Name the category in your request and we will shortlist addresses that fit.

Spring and December leave the fewest free addresses

The tightest windows are April, May and the weeks before New Year. Book those dates early and keep a couple of reserve addresses on the list.

If the address you want is taken

A taken address is usually somebody else's booking running out, not a refusal. Printed outdoor in Russia sells in whole months, and a site on city land is held by the winner of a tender, so the date a side frees up is known in advance. We start from that date and, in parallel, show what covers the same traffic now.

  1. Find out the date the address frees up

Printed placements run in whole calendar months from the first, so the owner has an exact date when the side frees up, and we ask for it straight away. If that date falls inside your window, we put the address on hold.

  2. Offer neighbouring sides and addresses in the same flow

We take the other side of the same structure, the next board on the same road and the closest address facing the same traffic. We show them on the map next to the original so that you compare the coverage rather than take our word for it.

  3. Put the address on the waiting list

If waiting is an option, we hold the address for the nearest free start and tell you when the owner confirms it. Putting up a new structure there instead is not possible: city-land sites go to tender, and the winner's contract runs five to ten years.

You normally get two or three addresses nearby plus the date the original frees up, and the choice is yours.

  • Printed placements free up on the first of the month
  • A new structure cannot be ordered in: the site goes to tender
