A month starts at RUB 118,000 per face, and a typical address in the catalogue runs about RUB 153,000. The price sits on the card beside the exact address where one is available.
Filtering by raion decides less here than elsewhere: the master plan to 2042 runs Prospekt Oktyabrya, the main longitudinal axis, straight through Sovetsky, Oktyabrsky and Ordzhonikidzevsky, so one avenue is split across three filters. A quote is built from the list of addresses and the dates, with volume taken into account, and we check that the chosen faces are free before sending it.
Advertising faces in the catalogue: 2,056. Addresses under them: 747. Every face carries an exact address, plus a photo and a rate-card price where they are available.
The master plan to 2042 splits the city into the Peninsula — "the main urban core" — and Zarechye, meaning Zabelye and Zaufimye beyond the rivers Belaya and Ufa.
Formats in the catalogue: 9. The most faces belong to "Billboards" — 1,143 of them.
The city describes a site address by address, never street by street. In the approval conclusion for the placement scheme dated 16 January 2026 the positions are numbered 1.1 to 5.34, and an address is written as a landmark plus a direction of travel — "the Orenburgsky trakt, the Melkombinat stop, direction out of the city" — then split into "Side A" and "Side B". The face belongs to the approved position; it is not picked on site.
Catalogue addresses are spread over 6 of the seven raions of the city — Demsky, Kalininsky, Kirovsky, Leninsky, Oktyabrsky, Ordzhonikidzevsky and Sovetsky. The raions differ sharply, and their own descriptions on the city site show it:
- Oktyabrsky is retail and entertainment: the Planeta, Iyun, Bashkiria and Olimp centres, the drama theatre, the circus, the planetarium;
- Kirovsky holds the MEGA mall, Gostiny Dvor, Iremel, the opera and ballet theatre and the Dynamo stadium;
- Sovetsky holds the Ufa-Arena, the botanical garden, the agrarian university and the Tsentralny trade complex;
- Ordzhonikidzevsky is Chernikovka, a separate city named Chernikovsk from 1944 to 1956, and the Neftyanik stadium;
- Kalininsky, Demsky and Leninsky are residential: Inors, Dyoma station, Nizhegorodka and Zaton.
Yes, and the city names its own landmarks — in the 2024 investment profile and in the municipal bus route register, where a route is named after its terminal:
- the monument to Salavat Yulaev, the National Museum of Bashkortostan, the Ufa Necklace trail;
- the botanical garden, the Limonariy citrus greenhouse, Art-Kvadrat, the Seven Girls fountain;
- the Planeta mall — route 248, the Mega-Ufa centre — routes 292 and 277, the Tsentralny complex — route 80;
- the Ufa-Arena ice palace — trolleybus 11, the Southern bus station, the Ufa and Dyoma railway stations;
- the airport, where the M-5 and M-7 federal highways cross.
Digital surfaces: 455 of 2,056. Take a screen when the creative and the schedule have to change mid-campaign — for events and sales; a printed board carries one creative for the whole term.
A new screen here is not the operator's decision alone. The site has to stand in the placement scheme, and amendments to that scheme — or refusals to amend it — are decided by the city commission on the external appearance of city territories, a power written into its rules as clause 3.2.4 by city administration decree No. 1244 of 22 July 2025.
The city does, as a municipal service called "issue of a permit to install and operate advertising structures". One of the documents required is a map or plan of the proposed location: the requested point is checked against the placement scheme, which is maintained by a municipal institution, the Directorate of Outdoor Advertising and Information.
The city does not amend that scheme by itself. The procedure for pre-approving placement schemes is set one level up, by Republic of Bashkortostan government decree No. 624 of 26 December 2013. The city act states the purpose plainly: to preserve the external architectural appearance of the established built environment.
No city act covers advertising in the historic part specifically; the general heritage regime applies instead. Republic of Bashkortostan government order No. 654 of 28 December 2018 approved the protection zones, and the master plan to 2042 names among them the ZRZ-1 plot — a zone where building and economic activity are regulated.
One case stands apart: the Ufa-II hillfort, heritage of federal significance, for which the master plan provides museumification with new building heights capped at 15 m. That is planning law, not advertising law, but a structure stands in the same built environment, so a central address is read with those zones.
There are no underground advertising surfaces in the city: among the transport infrastructure it plans to build, the master plan to 2042 names trams, trolleybuses, buses, intra-city rail and a light-rail line. That light-rail line along Prospekt Oktyabrya, 8.5 km of double track, is entered as a first stage — a plan, not a line in service.
Bridges are what shapes an address list here. The city investment passport (2021-2022 data) counts 15 bridges, 32 flyovers and 7 ferry crossings, and the master plan sets out to "increase the connectivity of the city territories, separated by the rivers Belaya and Ufa", planning new crossings over both, the Sipaylovo-Inors link among them.
